Fitness classes are a fun, friendly way to gain fitness.

If you're after some muscle tone, want to burn calories and increase your energy levels, while having fun, this is a great place to start.

Do you and your friends or colleagues often talk about taking up exercise? Get together for some circuits by joining a Beafitu class. Alternatively, if you have the numbers, create your own group - I can bring the session to you.
